Ordering
How do I place an order?
Open the JiT app, browse stores near you, add items to your basket and tap Checkout. Confirm your delivery address and pay securely in the app.
How do I track my order?
Open the JiT app, go to Orders, select your order, and tap Track Order. You'll be able to see the live location of your driver and real-time delivery updates.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within the first 5 minutes after placing it. After 5 minutes, cancellations are no longer available because the order may already be in preparation or assigned to a driver.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, it will be removed from the order and a refund for that item will automatically be processed back to your original payment method. You do not need to contact the merchant.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes. The minimum order value on JiT is £10.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most deliveries arrive within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on distance, traffic, store preparation time, and driver availability.
What areas does JiT deliver to?
JiT currently operates within London. Additional areas will be added as we continue to expand.
My order is late — what do I do?
You can check your driver's live location using the Track Order screen. If you need assistance, open the Help section in the JiT app and contact JiT Support through the in-app support chat.
What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
If you are unavailable when your driver arrives, the order may be returned to the store. Delivery fees and service fees are non-refundable in these situations.
Is my order sealed when it arrives?
Yes. Every JiT order is packed inside a tamper-evident bag and sealed using JiT security stickers before collection.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
JiT accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can also use JiT credits earned through referrals and promotions.
How do I get a refund?
JiT generally does not offer refunds once an order has been completed. Returns may be available for incorrect items, damaged items, or quality-related issues. Customers must return the item to the original store and provide proof of purchase. Missing item claims may be investigated before any resolution is provided.
What are JiT credits and how do I use them?
JiT credits are added to your account through referrals or promotions. They're automatically applied at checkout — you don't need to do anything. Check your current credit balance in the Profile section of the app.
How does the referral scheme work?
Find your unique referral code in the JiT app under your Profile page. Share it with friends — when they sign up and place their first order using your code, you both get £5 in JiT credit. There's no limit to how many people you can refer!
I was charged incorrectly — what should I do?
Contact us at support@jitapp.co.uk with your order number and a description of the incorrect charge. We will review and resolve it as quickly as possible.
My Account
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the JiT login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. We'll send you a reset link right away.
How do I update my delivery address?
You can set or update your delivery address during checkout each time you order. To update the email on your account, please contact support@jitapp.co.uk.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@jitapp.co.uk with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address on your JiT account. We'll process it within 7 days.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
You can unsubscribe at any time by visiting jitapp.co.uk/unsubscribe. You'll still receive important order and account notifications.
For Merchants
How do I join JiT as a merchant?
You can apply to join JiT as a merchant by completing our merchant application form. Our team will review your application and be in touch within 48 hours.
How do I manage my menu and products?
Products, pricing, stock levels, and availability are managed through the JiT Merchant Portal.
How and when do I get paid?
Merchant payouts are processed on a bi-weekly basis. If you have any questions about your payout, contact us at support@jitapp.co.uk.
For Drivers
How do I sign up as a JiT driver?
Download the JiT Driver app and complete your registration. Our team will review your application within 24–48 hours. Once approved, you can go online and start accepting delivery requests straight away.
What documents do I need?
You will need a valid driving licence appropriate for your vehicle, proof of insurance covering delivery use, and your vehicle registration details. Full document requirements will be confirmed during your application review.
How do I get paid as a driver?
Driver earnings are tracked in the JiT Driver app and paid out on a bi-weekly basis directly to your registered bank account.
